Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 24PCS per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 24 pcs.
Q4: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
Q5: Can I visit you?
A: Yes. Our factory is in Wuyi city, Zhejiang, China. Welcome to visit our factory, look forward to meeting with you.
Q6: How can I get some samples?
A: We can accept small order at the first cooperation and make production once we confirm the sample order. The sample order will include the sample costs and air freight costs.
Q7. What certificate do you have?
A:We have CUPC certificate for North American market and CE for European market.
Q8: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find out any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/vedio for reference, we will compensate for you and find out the root reason to eliminate the defective factor ultimately.
